Concerts Update – August 2020

Covid-19 has had its impact on Harrogate Symphony Orchestra, just as it has for so many other organisations. We have been unable to meet for rehearsals since March and as of August 2020 it is still not clear when we will be able to meet again. And of course, the HCC has become the Yorkshire Nightingale Hospital, which is expected to remain in place until 2021.

With all of this in mind, we have taken the difficult decision that there will be no further HSO concerts in 2020. We hope to be able to run a full programme of concerts in 2021 – fingers crossed!

We will update the website as soon as we are able to confirm the schedule for next year. If you are a Friend of HSO we will contact you directly with more information. Tickets for concerts that have been rescheduled will be honoured for the new date.

We would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support for our orchestra. We can’t wait to get back together and perform for you again.
